Now to put back all that mail. For us we had statement for payment in mail, neighbor video caught the car not the thief, PD could not find that car as we turned in for mail theft, afterwards, all payments we take to postal mail drop off box.

The Mailman put up quite a fight.

We have too much mail theft here so I invested in a locked box

A natural mistake

Our post office is the dumping ground for the most incompetent postmasters. On our route we get the substitutes that do not seem to be able to read addresses, Friday the latest one was one address off, the post man did not read the addresses, he had them in order, then just went along the street but we all got our neighbors mail for the house after us.

That meat grinder is 19th Century stuff.Outside of butcher shops;which are pretty rare themselves.

And yet, this, and other privacy-related reasons, is why new(er) neighborhoods have those locked mailboxes installed on each block, rather than those metal pails in front of each house in old(er) neighborhoods.
