It would be fascinating. The atmosphere is just like the ocean, just with a less viscous fluid. Huge waves and currents, along with all kinds of chop and swirl as it flows through mountains, hills, rocks and vegetation.
I kinda remember one used be able to get that view with a couple of shots of BTB behind the barn liquid remedy for the blues. Unfortunately, the morning after effect was mostly gray-green and memory was foggy.
“The air WILL be comprised of different “colors” in the distant future. It’ll be called “SMOG.” A by-product and small price to pay, created by a very fast, very efficient something called “cars.”
“Then, there’ll be noisy “folks” demanding some overpriced things called “electric cars” that will be powered by devices called “batteries” which will drive up the owner’s electric bill with overnight charging, have limited range, and use-life. And which will soon be filling and contaminating landfills.” – Signed: “Your friends at Sinclair Petroleum!” ;)
Only if you saw it at a distance. Driving would be impossible if the air changed colors and hid the road and cars in front of you. Air travel wouldn’t exist either. Views from mountain tops or lakes or of the sea wouldn’t have inspired most artists who weren’t Van Gogh.

I’ve seen air like that. It’s a good sign to run the other way – very far, very fast.

If you want multi-colored air, you should move to Jupiter.

If air could be clean AND have colors…oh, if only.
