Has anyone tested that theory? I never became a cook because of a diminished sense of smell (long before Covid).
By definition a chicken breast is deboned so why would you want to bone a chicken breast? The rest is pretty basic. A roux is a base for many sauces, it’s butter and flour, nothing weird, after you add what you need to make gravy or whatever.
That’s why hot dogs are fun.
