I see a few commenters are dogging on the late Ms. Rivers. But I tell you, in her early days when she first came out with her stand up routine, she was truly funny as all get out, and one of the best stand-up comedians on the scene at the time. Yeah she changed a bit in her later years, but watching some of her early stuff still has me laughing quite a bit, and I don’t do that for most stand-up routines.

Well, they were aiming for her thighs, but they got her brains instead.

I met her backstage at Wendy Williams. She was petite. And pleasant enough, for an old woman who was about to go in TV and was trying to focus.
