I’m a sucker for the boys in their jammies!

Elvis the expert, as usual! Love Lupin playing with his, and sweet little Pucky sleeping after a hard night’s sleuthing!

My thoughts exactly. Can’t stand the stuff.

I’ve had a few cats try to eat popcorn, and every one of them has had a choking fit on the popcorn. They survived and I don’t give them popcorn anymore/

if lupin can eat packing tape, why not styrofoam, elvis?

Sigh, I wish I could eat popcorn but I can’t tolerate any form of corn – gives me major GI problems. My cats have never had popcorn to try but Figaro was very partial to Doritos nacho chips – my Mum used to share with him when she was “sitting on cats” :)

Lupin may not be able to HEAR the popcorn (actually, since it’s already popped and the Woman does not start chewing it until the last panel, no one else can either), but he can sure SMELL it! A buttery summer cornfield!

Yum, Styrofoam!!

Actually, Elvis, rice cakes are styrofoam! Popcorn is yummy deliciousness!

Lol! I love Elvis’ cynicism. When ever I eat rice cakes at work they tell me, “Munching on your Styrofoam again, Brianna?” :D Popcorn is not unlike Styrofoam. I love it when Elvis sports the loaf look!

[Gets out the popcorn and starts munching while waiting for Elvis to pounce]

Look at it this way, Elvis… whatever it is, it’s buttered! (mmmmm… butter)

The Woman is awake again. What is she watching now?

Oh, don’t be such a spoilsport, Elvis. But hey, more for them either way. :P

I just love how Pucky cuddles up to the Woman. He’s such a sweetie. (Lupin and Elvis are adorable, too, but Pucky has my heart.)

Where’s Emily Litella and her campaign to stamp out… Oh, kitty corn? Never mind.

Ah, popcorn. I’m gonna go steal some now.

Ah … sitting on a comfy sofa, with a fuzzy blanket and happy kitties dozing around you as you binge watch your favorite shows or movies. It rarely gets better than that.

Nothing like a quiet evening at home with your favorite kitties.

Poor Elvis, he just doesn’t get it. But Lupin, he knows playingnwith his food is not just allowed, but adorably cute.

Good morning and happy Thursday/Purrsday, orbsters and orbabies! I apologize for my absence yesterday; Paul went to the hospital on Tuesday to have his feeding tube inserted in his stomach. The surgery was delayed because pre-surgery bloodwork had not been ordered. Then they said Paul had to stay in the hospital overnight, so I stayed at my mother-in-law’s for the night and went back to the hospital on Wednesday morning. Paul had a couple of appointments at the hospital and then we had to wait for a nurse to show us how to care for the tube and feed Paul through it if/when it becomes necessary.

Popcorn brings everyone in my house together. KK tries to get the dog to love on her but he only lets Miscreant love on him so popcorn does to trick. I put the buttery popcorn on KK’s head and Dually eats it off KK’s head and she is so delighted. Once enough butter is built up on her fur Dually will lick the butter off the top of her head and I can actually see her smile. After all the popcorn is gone and KK is thoroughly wet and Dually is asleep next to me, KK will rub all over his face and muzzle purring away because this is what she wanted all along. Silly kitty anything to pet the dog.

I mentioned this before, I was opening a package that had the biodegradable packing peanuts (made with corn starch so this is apropos) and a couple fell on the floor. Reilly being the helpful cat that he is was at my feet as usual to help me unpack. As soon as those peanuts hit the floor, he gobbled them up, much like Elvis with the treats!! I couldn’t even yell no at him he ate them so fast!!! Don’t know what would have happened if they were styrofoam.

Hey everybody! I got my 2019 Breaking Cat News calendar!!!!! (happy jig) WOOHOO!!!!! Oh the cover art! The packing peanuts! Elvis whizzing through the air in a magic cardboard box! Okay okay, that’s all the hints I’ll reveal about it, promise! :D Hubby looked at me really strangely and said, “Really? A calendar for 2019 already??” All I could do was smile and say in my defence, “But they’ll sell out! You don’t understand! I must get it now while inventory lasts!”

Puck is such a snuggle bunny! Everybody NEEDS popcorn for a hard night of tv watching——especially those British mysteries.
