And some people wonder why many jobs remain unfilled.

That is NOT how you are supposed to fire people.

But Dog forbid you should consider raising the salary to attract more, and better, candidates for the jobs. Pay a living wage and you might even get someone who could aim his weapon.

Send him over to Dilbert. They could use a good housecleaning at Path-E-Tech. :D
