Now it’s the chickens that are laying the golden eggs.

They are getting a little too uppity for their precious cloacas.

Peanut butter eggs don’t work very well in most recipes that suggest use of an egg.

Not that any of the “animal rights nuts” have anything to do with it….

This scheme to make eggs so eggspensive seems like a plot hatched by the mind of that old Batman villain, Egghead.

Our neighbor has chickens. Well, maybe had them, I haven’t heard them lately. We also have coyotes.

Let them be free chickens

They are still dinner when they quit laying.

Little do they know… that sedan chair thingy turns into a rotisserie at the end of the trip!

They should be glade they are still alive, with bird flu causing millions of chickens to be put down to slow the spread of the virus.

If you don’t like it, just put up a sign that says NO LITTERING.

A good way to stop them from soaring is to clip their wings, the chickens that is, eggs don’t have wings, unless the chickens drink the coloured bull before they lay them.

The start up cost of keeping back yard chickens and on going costs of feed ( aslo going up ) plus the ( yes) Daily maintenance should make you do a double take !

Fanciful chickens! The latest rage since the sacred cows of India.

The chickens got treated better and then the prices went up. I don’t care much about chickens, and I’m not sure they have any sense of what’s what, but it’s nice to think of how they’re better off now. It’s not like eggs are so expensive we can’t buy them anymore.

They are being taken to their last meal.

Palanquins are easier to carry over the shoulder than under the arms.
