I moved to another state and my mother came to visit me. In her suitcase, she had a full-size light-up makeup mirror, a huge box of kleenex, and a big ham (which she baked the next day, despite my having plenty of food on hand). That’s what I know of, who knows what else she had.

At least Cathy comes by here wierdness honestly.

A pillow and humidifier I can understand. But a teapot, popcorn popper, pencil sharpener, vacuum bags, desk lamp and a rice steamer?!? To go on a one-week vacation? I’ve seen Anne do a lot of nutty things over the years, but that’s just insanity run completely amok!

Poor Cathy. It’s no wonder she’s the way she is. With a real whack-a-doodle like that for a mother, how could she have possibly turned out any other way?!? The odds of her having any kind of a normal life whatsoever were stacked against her from day one! (⊙_⊙)
