A good GPS is accurate within about 35 feet. The one in my MyTouch phone was accurate within 10 miles. I got a good one after that. =)

It do look like a coyote been through there.
I would say the sign probably refers to the crossover, but I’m not sure why they put the crossover there.
Probably parking space for Highway Patrol.
