I concur with JanBic. Poor little rooster, too. I wonder how he got to be ‘working’ with these homogenous reptile people. I’d call them racist but I’m not sure that’s quite the right word. Mutantist, maybe?

I am more and more convinced some of the Reptilians, call them Senators, I get an early Roman Empire vibe, before Diocletian, that some Reptilians are more Reptilian than others. Some seem almost better defined than the mutants, especially the bald ones. The ones we saw eating eggs, with hair on their heads, almost seemed poorer than Phil and the Consul overseeing the trial. Poor Dondi, just because Sarah is a b****, he had to pay the price. I don’t recall seeing Sarah Battle express concern for anyone, even Jim, and as far as we know, he just went along with the mutation to help her cure her “alleged” cancer. I have never seen Sarah as anything but a self-centered b****. Maybe that will change. Support our artists. There are three perfectly good links to the right to buy Endtown books, merchandise, prints and whatnots, and at the auction site, and Endtown Underground there is a handy dandy donate button. Of course, the old Aaron Neathery Comprehensive site you can find some of Mr. Neathery’s previous works. Vote, Please! And after voting, click on the Doc Rat Banner at the voting site and check out his strips, as well as considering making a donation and or purchasing books. Here are the links. Hubris is available daily here at gocomics for your pleasure, created by Greg Cravens, who has also had success with The Buckets, also here at gocomics, but personally I identify more with Hubris. Partly because I used to sort of look like Hubris, but in real life, when you have a buddy pull you on your skateboard with a water ski rope behind a Chevy, well, sometimes your body grows back a little asymmetric. . Vote ENDTOWN . Vote Doc Rat . Vote Hubris . Vote Kevin and Kell . Sincerely, . JusSayin PS: Thanks to Jenner for his update yesterday on Wolf, his webmaster, and the debt we all owe Level_Head for keeping Jenner’s creations available to us for a long time, so we had the opportunity to experience to ongoing adventures and wit of Doc Rat. Mr Aaron Neathery, our Endtown imagineer, creator and presenter continues to have chronic pain and circulatory problems, so keep sending out those warm, healing feelings. Sincerely, Respectfully & Fraternally, JusSayin @Wabbit: I saw your message, and will try to find a good place to start learning about the secret bunny business, a link, and directions for navigation, from the archives Level_Head has posted at DR Archives.

Principles are easy when you’re not the one paying for them. Take the high road, Sarah! No eggs!

I’m guessing the lizards tolerate the occasional avian-type simply because they’re “related” to reptiles. Supposedly.

Well, I’m a newbie to this strip. I’m trying to figure out what is going on here. I am particularly puzzled by today’s comments because, for the couple of weeks I have been watching this story, it appears that all reptiles except Sarah were bad guys. Comments today seem to suggest that Sarah hasn’t been doing anyone any favors, either..And the synopsis provided by GoComics suggests that humans may be the worst of all the mutations..So, can anyone out there fill me in?

When I first found Endtown, I went back to the beginning and read every strip up to the present. Took awhile but well worth it to know what was going on. I’d like to know what happened to some of those earlier characters, tho.

this feels like a callback to the milk trial, and I feel by the end of this arc parrot guy will either be dead or joining their group. Speaking of which, the topsiders launched a satellite that supposedly can map the Earth, if there are any places that aren’t dust covered ruins they should know where they are. As a pair of former topsiders the two of them should know where to start looking.

It looks to me that while Wally and Holly are truly concerned, Sarah and Jim seem to be more confused than caring. Has anyone else caught that?

Jenner….what you have here is a future of Endtown should Jake continue his march. In this place the “food producers” do just that…. produce food as slaves. These Lizards can also eat “meat” so not producing food would be bad either way. Here the Lizards are in control…….wonder how that is going over in Endtown??

Lizardtown reminds me of a line from Dire Straight’s “The Man’s too Strong”.“I have legalized robberyCalled it belief…”Here, the lizards seem to have legalized robbery and slavery. They capture those wandering into their territory, claim that said person has wronged some member of their tribe and then exact payment in excess of what the person has. The person is forced into a form of indentured servitude to pay off the difference. Adding living expenses on top of the person’s debt makes it an eternal debt, making the slavery for life.Sarah may be self centered, but I don’t think she wanted this to happen. We’ll see if this changes her attitude.
