Let’s assume Roscoe IS Earl’s dog. So how come he isn’t doing the feeding and taking care of?

She fed him, gave him water, took him for walks, groomed him, bathed him and gave him worm medicine.

My wife feeds, and waters our cat, and provides special boxes that he lkes to sleep in. In return, the cat lets us live in “HIS” house!!!!

Yes indeed, Gramma feeds and cares for Roscoe and Earl, while he pays the bills with money he earns from working, his pension, and or social security he collects from many years of working.
