Yeah, pretty much anything can spell anything else, if you rearrange it and leave out most of the letters.

If the FBI presumes that Axel is dead, they haven’t spoken to Mr. Am. Wasn’t it him that told Tracy that Axel was involved?

Gould was well known for naming characters by spelling words backwards. Such as the short midget named Trohs. It was not a case of rearranging letters, but a straight reversal of the letters. A nice nod to the Gould tradition.

The Asp = He Past.Asp can place a villain in the past tense with ease. As for Am, he keeps his own council and shares his wisdom selectively, as not all have an ear to hear in any era.

Mr. Am told Tracy and Warbucks about Axel still being alive on June 12. Evidently Tracy didn’t tell the others.

He may have told others, but not Ms. Dietrich..Hooboy. Now I got two Dietrichs.

For what it’s worth..Yesterday, I posted about a rather toxic place, not on an island..Joplin and Webb City and their defunct lead mines..Just thought it appropriate given the alleged condition of Thunder Island.

Good morning Dick Tracy fans. Asp is correct. They now know who is responsible for Dick’s disappearance.

I’m just in the dark as to how Tracy could have figured out that the note from annie included longitude and latitude of her location and NOT shared it with anyone else in the MCU/S.

on top of that, it seems that everyone EXCEPT the MCU/S is doing investigating… we’ve seen MAYBE a total of four or five (6 being generous) panels of the team actually doing work.. and once again, MOST of their leads come from outside sources…punjab and asp threatening the captain, influcnece hypnotising the captain, mr am, tess’ systems running again and receiving the video message from tracy (which, in my opinion, would have been much better served by leaving her a NOTE instead.. woulda taken less time to write than to videotape the info, and send it in an email)

Actually, the Asp read the comments on this site a couple of days ago and saw that the first five posters figured it out and in turn, makes him look like a genius to the MCU. Technically, he owes his 15 mins of fame to the discussion board here.

This story reminds me of this boring dude from Sweden who loved to suck on lemons that hung out in the neighborhood when I was growing up, Peels Otemgniklat. They both are causing the same reaction for some reason!

I think Peels might have become a grocery store owner! LOL!!!
