Snoopy knocks phonetically……In one of the really late collections of The Compete Peanuts, Snoopy kissed Lucy (and Peppermint Patty) a bunch of times, which kind of made me wonder about Schulz’s personal life at the time……

Nice attempt, Snoop, old boy. However, some people would prefer to revel in their crabbiness than be cheered up. Lucy strikes me as the type to “enjoy” a good snit.

For heaven’s sake, you need to get familiar with GoComics. There are plenty of comics here where people leave personal messages. In fact, you just left one for Number Three. The problem with e-mail is that sometimes people do not feel comfortable leaving an e-mail address with strangers. And even those that do feel comfortable enough to share their address like the freedom GoComics gives for sharing. I am not meaning to be disrespectful but there is a new-fangled technique available to those who do not wish to read through a long post NOT addressed to them: it’s called “scrolling.” Just keep on scrolling down if you don’t wish to read a post. I do it often. If you’re not willing to do that and choose to read the post anyway, please don’t complain. You don’t make the rules. (BTW, you’d better not visit the Andy Capp page; there’s a whole bunch of personal messages over there!)

You are correct about a cappella. I love a cappella singing. Here is a group singing the song a cappella. I’m pretty sure this is the exact same arrangement I sang when I was in college. Our choir had a few more singers in it, though. I think we had about twelve members when I was in it.

I hope you have had a great week. My week has been good but uneventful. Our outside temperatures here continue to go up and down. It will be around 8˚ C for a few days, then it will drop to about minus 12˚ C for the next few days, and then it will rise again before it drops again. I’m having a hard time keeping up with what to wear! :-)

I would absolutely love to see the badge! I am so proud of you and I think you are very generous to be donating blood on a regular basis!
