I think Boo is a lot like the Viet Cong. Whoever gives her the biggest bowl of rice, or Jeep, has her on their side. All Tru has to do is hand over the keys to that amazing amphibious Mustang and dear old dad will be a distant ( Think Hawaii.) memory.

At first I was wondering if that was supposed to be Boo he’s talking to. I mean how often does she get new hair and a new face? In P4, Tru(e) should be saying, “Congratulations, that is the one millionth time I’ve heard someone make a pun about my name. Two million if you count the gocomics.com readers.”This must be the world’s largest school, considering how the kids rarely know each other unless they’re on the same sports team. And speaking of rare, you know it’s not rare that Mopped Up Thorp rehashes the same jokes.

Unrelated post: the past couple of weeks, clicking on Gil is giving me an occasional redirect to an ad page. Only happens on this site. Norton shrugs it off. Is it just me or is this part of the “free” gocomics experience now?

I have Chrome with DoNotDisturb extension. Could be adware but it and only seems to affect this site. I just got in and out a dozen times to see exactly when I get it and didn’t happen. Since I know it’s not everyone, I’ll spend more time trying to get rid of it. (tcar, I have no problem with the site itself.)

Oh my gosh, just remembered a dream I had last night. At first I was playing basketball, it was supposed to be at my kids’ school, playing for their team (although with older people). I’ve had a variation of that before, probably trying to go back to my youth. But anyway, the coach originally was my kid’s coach. But after the game, or halftime, or a timeout or whatever, I went to the coach’s office. Someone was there but it wasn’t him. I asked where the coach was, they said they didn’t know. I made some joke about how they were never there during games. Then asked if Mimi was missing too. Gaaaa! My fantasy life is merging with my real life! (Or what little of a real life I have.)

Good to see that Tru is still rockin his Hello Kitty backpack!
