Piling on the stereotypes…

As I said a couple of days ago; honest, earnest, clueless.

Since Lacey is Republican (as I remember), these are presumably fiscally conservative gay people back in 1982.

Might be because they are Naval Cadets.

“Midshipmen”…. I married my midshipmen (cum ensign) in 1982… He’s with wife #3 now. The Navy moved us 8 times in 15 years. I had do manage 6 of those myself, with children, and the ingrate wondered why I was exhausted.

Nobody in the audience has short hair.

My late elderly aunt from once sold some of her to property to two wonderful women, where they built a house, and struck up a lasting friendship with them. Eventually I had to explain to her that they were a lesbian couple, and she had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain it to her. She was old-school German so I was a little concerned about her possible reaction, but she thought it was wonderful.She was truly a force of nature, and I miss her very much.

Has anyone else noticed that Lacey sounds a lot like many of today’s women Republican politicians?

No, much more accepting and compassionate than the current crop of cutthroats.

They love Lacy so much they elected her their Honorary Grandmother..
