I like a little zucchini – just not that much!

I don’t mind zuccini. It’s the green bean and peas I don’t want.

I thought I was the only one!!!

Eggplant is almost as bad, or okra.

I’ll gladly take that zucchini. More Zucchini bread for me.

So give "em to the rabbits.It might drive them away.

My mom would puree the zucchini and, since it is mostly water, she would use it to make homemade bread (not sweet zucchini bread). It was Great!!! Used up lots of zucchini without making us aware of it. Kept the bread really moist.

I would take it. I would make zucchini bread with it! been awhile since I’ve had it

I knew a guy who planted eight zucchini plants because he wanted eight zucchinis. We were all avoiding him for a while.

The local newspaper used to have a food editor who, this time of year, would complain about all the people sending him zucchini, zucchini recipes, or foods made with zucchini (which of course, only caused him to get more). My mother sent him some cold zucchini soup. He wasn’t fooled, but had to admit that it wasn’t terrible.

The giant rabbits must not like zucchini…

My own zucchini plant is not producing. I am grateful a guy at work had extra to give away, so I can make my annual zucchini relish!

It’s been reported that in the deep south, they keep their ccar windows rolled completely up when parked, even on the hottest days, lest they return to their cars and find them filled with neighbors’ zucchini.Know when a guy doesn’t have a friend in the world? When you see him alone in the produce section buying zucchini.

Fried zucchini rings. Mmmmmm!

I’d take all that zucchini. Family members line up to get jars of my zucchini relish each summer. Not a one of them prefers pickle relish now!

I’ll take some. Shred or slice and freeze.
