The eternal dilemma: men can’t read women’s minds.

I used to be surprised when I’d see a cute young lady just hork down a huge meal ………or two in a row……..Society put’s a lot of pressure on girls and women to look their best at all times, including the shape of their bodies….but they mostly have the same drive to eat as their chubby male friends….Look, a guy can “forget” to shave a few days in a row, put on T-shirt that promotes his pudgy belly and go to the store…..Women don’t get to do that…..And yes, they do get hungry……

In Australia, christmas is the starting gun for summer and we traditionally spend Boxing Day at the beach….

Even when they give specific orders, you’re wrong.My wife called me up and said to bring home some 7-Up. I said, “OK, 7-UP.” I get home and put 7-Up on the table, and she says, “Where’s the ginger ale?”

I love the “Rubinesque” figure that my wife of 40 years has. She ( by her standards) is about 15 lbs.overweight,but i love it. With a little protruding tummy, which I find very sexy! Go figure!

You and me both, Janis. :) I think I could eat everything on that table in the third panel in one sitting.

That gal is always too uptight.

Enjoy the season and the food, just plan ahead and don’t over do….
