I tip… but only for service. Pouring a cup of coffee doesn’t qualify.

Two bucks or more for a 12 oz. cup of mediocre coffee (no refills!) is about twice what everyone else charges.
I’m with Michael above – I tip 20%+ for good service (even though I’m on a budget and seldom go out), but having to stand around waiting for someone to pour a cup of coffee doesn’t count.

Call the health dept….. this guy has some kind of cough….. doesn’t cover his mouth when he does……. doesn’t wash his hands before serving foodstuffs …….. and is a general threat to the public who frequents this place……. and tries to charge for services not rendered.

Let’s see….take empty paper cup. Hold under dispenser and push button. Set filled cup down on counter. AND ASK FOR A TIP?? What a scam!
