John, with that kind of attitude you just might be right and it might happen sooner than you think.

Typical sexist John. Never thinks about what Elly might enjoy, just thinking about himself.

It is not romantic if someone hates it, & even worse, if someone is forced into doing an activity they obviously hate. I am with John—more exciting to watch paint dry, than to attend or participate in ballroom dancing.

Yeah — because that would mean doing something NICE for Ellie — therefore setting a dangerous precedent. I keep waiting for the “better”…

I went to Tai Chi classes to please my wife many years ago,but bailed out half way through the course.Too bad,I could have been an Olympian in Brazil this summer! (Or not)

Am I the only one wondering how the dance school / teacher can afford to do two couples for the price of one? If every couple in the class did that, she’d have twice as many students for the same price. (Just assuming the teacher is a she.)
