Okay, gang, I’m not big on upper math…..what is that equation??

Somehow with the big round wheel to write on, I was expecting a reference to π, but the 90º rotation from a goofy face to an equation was really good.

That’s radical.

SHEIK One has to remember that not all pi are round.. It could be LXW=area, which in this case is square, especially if made of roots which would make it a square root pi. I’ll show you on my slide rule since Peter hasn’t invented the calculator yet, besides they cost too many clams..

I prefer square pies anyway………..

I guess it’s in perfect character for B.C. to be the right-brained one and for Peter to be more analytical. Me, I’ll take pie in whatever shape it will fit into my pie hole.

Pie made of square roots? I prefer lemon meringue, chocolate, apple, pumpkin, cherry, or blueberry pie.

MLady - The equation says The square root of 9 equals 3.

Pi (e) are round, cornbread are square!

Funny and interesting side note - once I saw the equation it was hard to see the emoticon anymore - i just kept seeing 9 = 3 on it’s side.

Sweet potato pie could be square root of pi. YUM!

Integral z-squared dz from 1 to the cube root of 3 times the cosine of three pi over 9 equals log of the cube root of ‘e’

What is that answer after Peter drew on the rock? Anyone knows the answer? Math is NOT my subject. Sorry! :-/

Wildmustang1262, it’s not a question, it’s a statement, and a true one at that. A square root is the reverse of multiplying a number by itself. 3 times 3 equals 9, so the square root of 9 equals 3.

Peter is a radical….

That was great! I was strung along until the end. :-) Now he needs to do something with <3 (aka a sideways heart)

Actually, JanCinVV, it’s not quite a true statement.

Mathematically speaking, √9 = ±3

And the square root of pi has never been been calculated.

Never seen a square root, they all look pretty round to me. However, I read once that the Japanese did invent a square watermelon.
