A year after meeting True, Boo has just now determined that he’s a “west coast surfer preppie” who must be called “Biff”?

I thought True came to Milford from the East Coast, but I’m too tired to go back and check.

There was Biff Loman in Death of a Salesman and Biff Hooper, a minor character in the Hardy Boys books. Not sure how Biff became a West Coast surf preppie name. She should have called him Moondoggie or Kahuna.

True came from Cali, where he landed when he drove his car over from Hawaii.

Research shows Art Standish simply said they were moving from “the coast” without saying which one.

Biff and Muffy are a stereotypical preppy couple. I’m not sure about the relationship with California. I grew up in San Diego, and I’ve yet to meet anyone named Biff.

Are they implying that the girls are swingers in P1? Shower time!

Biff and Boo, how do you do. Boo’s Fickle Finger of Fate going in for the nose pick in P2.

Is Boo so afraid of Gil and Kaz’s shower cam that she’s wearing a wet suit in P3? Smart girl.

Other than hair color, Boo and Kenzie sure look alike. Imagine the possibilities for MILFord future athletics is they had puppies!

“Back to the Future” Biff, Moondoggie or SurferBoy would have suited him more

In all reality , the origin of the nickname Biff comes from the English using the word as to hit or punch . Somehow Boo nickname of Biff for True kinda makes sense. Why did a surfer dude like Biff choose Wake Forrest , inquiring minds want to know.

P1- Miss Lonely Heart sitting away from the cackling hens. My nomination for this potpourri of Biff Stew surfer dude names is Duke. He is A number 1.

Boo, bemused, boasts Biff’s breaking ball baffles batters by being blindingly beachy born. Alliteration is a terrible thing to waste.

@Mr. Reality: It’s quite simple really. Having a typicla High School Jocks mentality, a surfer would like to ride a Wake.

In the 60-70’s, in the Detroit area, we had a chain of diners called Biffs. Excellent place for breakfast in the morning or after the bar.

In p3, True bears a striking resemblance to a certain Milford assistant football coach.

P1 – Wow, is that an indicator of how good the boys team will be? The girls look like they’d rather be getting a root canal.P3 – Boo should reply with, “What? I called him that 30 minutes ago. Have you been in a coma?”And speaking of comas, unless you’re in a coma you have no excuse to miss today’s Mopped Up Thorp.

@MUT: That’s not a body suit. It’s a full body girdle. Tru and Boo have been eating since the end of Football season. It’s not comfortable; but, it beats running laps to get in shape.

Not sure but I think Intra-squad would be less fun than inter-squad once you hit the showers
