I believe Galaxia was the wonderfully ditzy ‘female’ robot in The Bicentennial Man.

pfft everyone knows Galaxia doesn’t rule with an iron hoof. She barely does anything at all.

Queen Galaxia looks strangely like Princess Luna of MLP:FIM fame. As far as iron hooves go: I seem to recall that they wore metal hoof shoes. :)
