Awww, Annie! right up there with the fly on the window, but still.Best part of waking up is my dogs wagging their tails and happy to see me, even as they block my path to the bathroom!
Good way too darn early morning. Apparently 4:00 AM is my new get up time. (thanks, Casper)
The kittens went to their new foster home yesterday. Susan said the new foster mom is quite wealthy, lives in an exclusive gated community in south St George. They have an entire bedroom to themselves as well as a fully enclosed California/sun room
We don’t know if she will keep them after we get back from Reno next weekend but if she doesn’t, they will come back here until they get spayed on the 27th.
If they end up back here, they’ll probably sing “In the ghetto”.
Back when I was working for a living, we used to call this humpday, as in “over the hump” day. Here are a few pictures, some, surprisingly on topic, to celebrate humpday:Humpday catitude.
In response to a couple comments a couple days ago (when I could not get to the library).
Our Humane Society doesn’t do spay/neuters anymore. I looked into Friends of Ferals for low cost spay but in order to get it done there, I’d have to show I’m low income enough to qualify for food stamps. I make a wee bit too much money to qualify for that (I make something like $100 a month too much for that). Spending $600 at once for spays was a hardship for me, but I survived it.
About her culture not growing, well, the vet did say that the culture was taken in order to figure what would be the appropriate antibiotic to use. I didn’t think it made sense that she would need an antibiotic if the culture did not grow, but then she did have white blood cells in her urine, Kinda sounds like an infection to me. Maybe I misunderstood what he said. But at least Joy is showing great improvement already!
Beviek: I’ve just started watching haunting/paranormal shows within the last month. I LOVE purranormal cattivity. Very creative, thank you for posting
To everyone who posts, I am a lurker, rarely commenting but intelligent enough to move on if I am not happy with a comic strip rather than harass everyone else for liking it. I love 10 Cats and the commenters. The cat pictures are always amusing to downright FOTFLMAO. But that purranormal cattivity was impressive enough for me to go alllll the way to the end of the comments to say so.
MCTS, I live 29 MILES from the PENN STATE campus. I never did find out what ever happened to her or Sneezy, but I can attest to the fact that the Penn State Squirrels are QUITE friendly! Spent a lot of time over there, just because we go there a lot and also, Hubby went to college there on the GI Bill.

LROS – I just ordered some stuff from the Apple Valley store.
I got the dill mustard, cherry jam, cherry almond pear jam and sugar free peach jam.
I wish I could get sugar free cherry jam.
They didn’t have the other mustard I wanted. The dill mustard makes makes mighty tasty egg salad.
