Gladys is right. My only problem is I can’t grow rhubarb in South Texas like I used to do in Iowa.

I’ve never understood why anyone would want to ruin a perfectly good rhubarb pie by adding strawberries to it.

I love rhubarb pie. Home grown rhubarb, and homemade pie. Delicious!

I’ve never understood why you would make pie with strawberry or rhubarb when you could make wine instead. But, I’ve always thought rhubarb would be a good ice cream flavor.

Cherry Rhubarb pie is really good! Years ago, my (late) husband ordered me this pie thinking it was one I liked. He got the idea it was cherry instead of strawberry. Turned out to be one of the best pies I’ve ever had! He even liked it and he was picky! Sure miss him!

In Livingston in Scotland huge rhubarbs have got loose and grow along the sloping banks of the river. They look very prehistoric.

Enough sugar can overcome anything,even rhubarb! Well,that’s the lesson I learned anyway.

Crust: Flour, butter, salt, water.Filling: Strawberry, Rhubarb, Sugar, trash bag to put that in and Chocolate Silk Pie Filling. Yumm.
