Aw, so sweet! It’s 11:30 pm on a Saturday, and I’m doing a little happy dance over a comic. And what a lovely shout out to some of your illustrious predecessors. As another funny-pages cat would say, YESH!

I am so very excited to see this in print tomorrow, so happy that you hung in there, Georgia, greatly relieved that BCN will continue, and, most of all, sincerely happy that Georgia will finally, finally, finally receive some richly deserved compensation for all she has given us, for free, two to seven days a week !

These cats are so good natured and sweet, I wonder how they’d feel about the ongoing reports about the bald boy who can’t kick a football.

The good or important story is the one the cat is sleeping on. The cat sleeps on the keyboard of the e-version.

Yes! Gotta say I love seeing the boys reading the comics in their jammies. Elvis’ reading glasses are so adorable! …… The bit about it being news since it’s in the paper reminds me of those who believe what they read on the ’net, because everything on the internet is true.

The last panel reminds me how I used to sprawl all over the floor reading the “funny papers” in the old Baltimore Sunday American. Two part comic section called “Puck, The Comic Weekly”. Congratulations, Georgia, and thank you for everything.

WOW, extraordinary change in line work, color, & composition. Should do well in any publication. Having followed syndicated carton strips as they evolved through many decades, I have great appreciation for the work Georgia has done. However the long story arcs of the past have great potential for book publications.

Are we still going to see the strip on GC too?

I love looking for the little details…..the bottom of Puck’s tiny house slipper in panel 3 is especially endearing! Congrats, Georgia!

I think the purple ones in panel 4 are Snoopy… purplish=red doghouse, and a clear oval =Snoopy?

And the stars all around Puck’s thought balloon in panel 4….I know when I think of unicorns, that’s how it feels :):). Thank you for all this, Georgia—you’re a good egg
