Brad + Toni = Boring. This “wedding preparation” story arc has taken up for too many weeks of the strip already, and here we go again. Let’s get back to whatever is happening to Luann at Pitt CC (other than the ridiculous contrivance of her designing a bridesmaid’s dress for academic credit!).

Broni sounds weird, but it’s better than Toad, which is what you’d get the other way around.

Sadly for me, last week’s “wedding arc” nor what now appears to be this week’s “wedding arc” story line is turning out to be my cup of tea, so-to-speak.

Oh well, I will sit back and be patient.

I can understand the multiweek “wedding arc” meta-storyline. But, I hope that the focus of it becomes more interesting to me. The Brad and TJ planning arc was entertaining, and even the Toni & wedding dress arc was, in retrospect interesting. I will check back this week and keep seeing if this arc perks up, but I doubt it will for me.

what is on the party plan? A marathon of the Friendship is Magic cartoon for the newly Christened Broni?

I went Pro mostly because I want to help support the artists. The other reason I like the site is that when I don’t understand a strip I can usually get an explanation in the comments section. Because I already have Pro status, my subscription price won’t go up (at least not for another year), but if/when it does go up, my only complaint would be if the artists don’t get an increase in payment.

Broni, maroni, baaa baaa, house on fire!! OOPS. firefighters! (lol) I think it’s cute, and on the wedding arc one thing I remind is that we are only a couple of months for the wedding date, which is 12/11. In Luannverse time that is nothing. Besides I am sure a lot more drama awaits, plus I am waiting for all the people to be there, including people we have not seen for a long, too long time.

So I counsel, for those of us who love Luann lets be patient. It’s a one strip at a time kind of deal.

Challenge – as many gifts as possible must be My Little Pony related. (Brony — middle aged man that watches MLP without a child.

From a straight male perspective, there are some of us who appreciate fashion (… and even watch soaps partly because they tend to feature beautiful, well-dressed women) though our knowledge on the topic isn’t necessarily in-depth.

Look at how long it took for Piro’s name pronunciation to be explained for sure yesterday after that discussion topic here. Comic strips carried in newspapers, as Luann is, tend to have about three months done in ahead of time. No matter what someone writes now, those strips already exist.
