I’m going to ruin the comic for you guys and give you all a safety lesson. _

If it says beware of dog, BEWARE OF DOG. Just because it is small or isn’t one of the “dangerous” breeds doesn’t mean it won’t/can’t hurt you. Small dogs can still bite and hurt, and if they got your ankle and you fell over, you could get in a world of hurt. A dog doesn’t need to be big or one of the “bad” breeds to hurt or even kill you. Remember that.

Don’t forget about the ones who just sllep in the way & everyone trips over them without the sign.

I like the rendering of the jukebox in the opening panel.

Forced to drink old coffee for many years at work until I started bringing in my own. 2 quarts a day, of coffee that tastes just as good as Jamaica Blue Mountain, but at about 1/4 the cost- Tip of the Andes, IMVPO the best coffee around

The few jukeboxes still around are all digital. No disks of any kind. They even update the songs remotely.

Why is old man Corky still running that diner? He’s close to being 90 himself by now. He should let Terry take over the business. In a way I think he has. None of his 3 children are interested.

Based on the last frame, his feet were still on the sidewalk and the sign never got that far. How did it hit him?

At the other extreme from “old and weak”: “Waitress, this coffee tastes like mud!”“Well, it should! It was ground this morning.”
