Odd that Gunther and Bernice are not included, but Ox and Les are. Apparently, they’re really seen by others as simply Luann’s friends, and not Brad and Toni’s. I assume they won’t be invited to the wedding, either.

Well I would have to go with the colorful shirt team. I can hardly garden, let alone fight fires with all that hair. I think Shannon is walking softly and carrying a big stick.

weddings are an anachronism that only exist to put young people in the poorhouse trying to impress people who don’t really care and should not get a vote.

Lets not have anything happen to Brad or Toni. That would be heartbreaking.

Again, why in the heck is Les there? He isn’t a friend of Brad and Toni’s.

And apparently nobody called Gunther or Quill?

Wonder if Les will try to swipe anything in the house while he’s there? And WHEN are they gonna catch him? I’m waiting for that…..

After all, what can he do with the kid, except stay and work. Stay and work is a package deal.

Any bets on whose not gonna live through the fire? My Bets on Brad.

I sense a dramatic twist coming up.

There is no reason Les would be there to help Brad and Toni unless he is getting paid. He is not friends with them or their families.

Glad the fire team 1) has no little girls on it and 2)had more training than the BAT. On the other hand, looking at the categories of work, shouldn’t the “Catering” assignments be left to TJ and Emily?

And I sure hope nothing happens to Brad or Toni (BOT). But I opined it might back last spring, I think— saying one of them might have to be wheeled to the altar. A big THANK YOU to all the fire fighters and police officers serving lawfully and faithfully for protecting us.

Les is pissed because he can’t grift money from anyone there.

Of course Les will be looking for the safe while everyone is busy doing their assignments.

So is Toni or Brad going to die in the fire?

The wedding is long since set—Greg knows that to kill off Toni or Brad would kill the strip. That said, someone is not coming back alive.

On nasa.gov RIGHT NOW the next weather satellite is about to go up. It is sorely needed and was one of the first essentials Obama pursued. It even relates to the story since these tools can even help spot some wildfires.

I’m going out on a limb to predict that someone on the crew will be killed, but not Toni or Brad. Yet one of them (Toni or Brad) might suffer injury i.e. smoke inhalation. By now we know, at least by face, some of the crew members. If one is lost, the crew will definitely mourn and that would affect the tone of the wedding.

As a crew, they may not have a lot of experience with this type of fire. That would justify a possible loss.

Not to fear, I say: Oxford will keep Les in line, and Pru will intimidate Jonah. The only loose cannon on the BAT team is Shannon, with her mallet.

On the firefighters’ side, there is Big Mouth to worry about….

OK, so we have a wedding in about three weeks. We also have a bride and groom (currently MIA), a wedding dress, maid of honor, and best man/wedding planner. So, we must assume that the wedding planner, TJ, is handling everything from guest list to ceremony presider. How neat and tidy. Our wedding took a mountain of time and planning. This shindig is just one step above one of those little, white, street corner chapels with the Elvis impersonator reading the vows. Eloping would have been more romantic.
