Dad will be fine. He is protected by what looks like a quilt and is not sleeping on his back. That’s not to say he’ll be pleased.

When Calvin finds out that the eagle is just as much a scavenger and thief as a predator, I bet he really gets in trouble.

Just like my kid. The same kid who couldn’t drag her butt out of bed during the week and was the very definition of surly was up three hours earlier on the weekend and disgustingly cheerful.
