Well if that isn’t improving the lie of the ball, I don’t know what is! Rule 13.2 specifically mentions that the removal of “dew or moisture” is prohibited! The red sea was quite moist last time I was through there (35 years ago!)On the other hand it’s possible that that aspect wasn’t in the Rules at the time of the parting of the Red Sea; my Dad always used to say that the Rules are so complicated because people are always trying to find ways of bending them. That’s why I love the ’Decisions!
