Reposting from Yesterday…I’m really annoyed. I made this comment about 9 am EDT and it’s not on the list. What I said was…“I understand the Sparkle Plenty Dolls and merchandise, after all she was a famous recording star as a child and that continues on to this day with her mother. But who licenses Dick Tracy images? I can’t see Dick doing it himself, he seems far to humble. Plus I’m sure there are rules against it in the city charter. Who benefits? The Tracys? The City? The police department? Or was there a less than horrible Tracy Movie in the continuity and this is what Blackjack is collecting? Honestly I don’t know.” (And I’m still steamed this didn’t post this am so I could have had benefit of the collected wisdom of y’all.)

She’s going to stop at the bank on the way home, and run right into Blackjack robbing the place.

I’m not sure why you’d keep your money in a bank that’s actively trying to rip off your dad, though.

Good Morning, Dick Tracy fans! Well, I guess we know where this is headed! D.T. has become very predictable lately!

I like how everyone in the Tracy-verse gets their news from newspapers. Quaint. Although I suppose a newspaper strip advocating the Internet would be frowned upon by the powers-that-be @ Tribune. What about a Tribune website? On a portable device? Or is this part of Team Tracy’s mix of old & new tech?

Maybe Sunday’s featured Tracy merch was a tie-in to the Evil Tracy movie?

Doe Junior carry a badge and firearm? I know he is a Police Sketch Artist, but I don’t recall if he carries a badge and weapon (I’m almost positive he has a badge)

Uh-oh. Blackjack cannot wait to hit another Paragon branch! Sparkle and Junior bank at Paragon!

Can anyone not see what is coming? (I note that almost commenter above has indeed foreseen the evolving scenario.) Blackjack will finally get to meet Sparkle in person at the bank!, Then, Junior, Tracy, and the MCU will have to spring into action to deal with the hostage situation! Blackjack himself will certainly not harm nor even threaten to harm Sparkle, but in his crazed way he might try to hold her captive. And his gang might be less predictable, more trigger-happy: they might when squeezed turn on their putative boss and his hostage(s)….

Uh-oh…

If some of the posters are right, & Mike’s into heavy foreshadowing these days, I hope it means we’ll be seeing Ugly Christine sometime soon.

I wonder if the Tracy universe has FDIC. Maybe her card will ‘bounce’ at the grocery store.Nah, more likely BlackJack will run into her at the bank. [Seriously – why take cash out at the bank, then drive to the store and give them the cash? Why not just use your card at the store?]

The question is it heavy red herring fore shadowing or the real thing?
