Halloween is coming. Time to put the Christmas decorations away.

Basically, Pastis looks at the puns his fans suggest to him, choose one, illustrates it, and then makes fun of it in the last panel. That’s 90% of all PBS strips. The problem is that anyone could do that. Pastis is not needed for that process – unless the illustration is fun, too. Most of the time, it isn’t. It is just the main characters talking. This one is a little better because it actually looks funny. But tomorrow we will be back to lame pun with lame illustration.

I remember when Pearls used to be funny rather than just punny.

If he arrived in a fancy sports car to take the picture it would say Wealthy Elfie Shelfie Selfie.

And get rid of the rodent infestation…

I keep hearing about Russian collusion. I’m perplexed, but I think it didn’t really happen. While checking my phone for more information, I tripped & bruised my knee. It was clearly Russian collusion illusion confusion contusion.Sorry (not really!)
