I never could understand why it is that boys Calvin’s age hate baths so much!

If Calvin’s mom just goes with and enjoys the fantasy, she could be having a great time while expanding his imagination. I know, that’s heresy.

And now we know who was the inspiration for the Bobby Darin’s song “Splish Splash”…

Poor mom. Her hair is getting just as much water on it as Calvin’s.

I’m sure Mom considers bathing Calvin to be an adventure too!

Subterranean? I thought this bathroom was on the second floor?

I could be wrong, of course.

Finding a reputable body shop on a foreign planet that accepts earth currency could be tough.

I liked when Mr. Watterson went to dinoland. His dinosaurs were great.

Calvin makes me SO GLAD I never had kids.

I’m with Calvin on this one…my Mom always got soap in my eyes and that’s when the thrashing around started. Everyone was much happier at our house when Johnson’s Baby Shampoo came on the market.

I love that kid’s imagination! The only thing is, a planet where the “intelligent” life all looks so different from each other and they get along…..impossible.
