I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – I love these two!

She has him totally figured out, from soup to nuts.

Her name’s Jose? Is she a dreamer?

I’ve been suggesting names of actors who might play the characters in an imaginary Doonesbury movie, and when I turned to Rick Redfern the name Eddie Redmayne popped into my head — due solely, I’m sure, to the similarity of their last names — and now it won’t go away, so what the heck, I’m gonna go with it.

No way, Jose. It is an expression in use at various times to express doubt about what someone else says.
