Maybe it’s The Incredible Mr Limpet Lane.

So, it was Pierre he was calling. You’d still wonder how he got him out of the area, considering police presence. I know, suspension of logic.

I would say Dr. Ghote but he’s somewhere near the Great Red Spot on Jupiter last we heard…..wonder who it could be?

My guess, and it’s a total longshot, would be Dr. Einstein from the Gruesome story arc. He’s the only one in recent Tracy history that could fit the bill.

Tracy doesn’t have to be at the same hospital in this case. Once they figure out the Ghost is still alive, P.D. alerts all hospital ERs to report any gunshot wounds to a guy who looks like he’s half dead anyway.

This is truly Gouldian. Clever escapes with more perps brought into it. Liking this arc more all the time. And Neil was right when he pointed out the gunshot wound. Good aim, Tracy!

Limpet Lane? You’re going to see Don Knotts?

Off topic but is that supposed to be a scar on Ghost’s head in the third frame? I don’t recall seeing that in any of his other close-ups so far, and a all the other scrapes and dirt are drawn differently from that one.

Too bad that Dr. Will Carver is dead. Ghost could use some plastic surgery about now. He has a mug shot from his previous incarceration. Once his face gets out he will not be hard to spot in a crowd with a face like his.

Man, you google Limpet Lane and you get some pretty interesting misses, but no real hits.

I have no idea who lives at 137 Limpet Lane in Tracyville, but I expect we’ll find out soon enough. Ghost says the guy who lives there can help, seemingly referring to his “don’t take me to the hospital” injured shoulder (which by the handkerchief being held there would appear to be bleeding, hence, probably a gunshot wound courtesy of Deadeye Dick—and I don’t mean any scrambled Gilbert & Sullivan one), so “the guy” either has medical skills or can procure a trustworthy doctor easily. Do we know any recent-con medics or doctors?

I just wonder what kind of “favor” Ghost did for this guy.

I would expect some black market doctor that does work outside of the hospital report systems.

My husband says I can wear my fortune teller hat; I called the “injured but walking away and being picked up by one of his chefs” business a couple of days ago.
