His gun is out. Can’t scream or shout. This hornet colored green.

Three’s a crowd. Death be not proud. Here’s Tracy with his gun

Everybody’s packing. Gather ‘round for deadly fun.

Cannot stay. Must be on his way. This party’s been a gas

Black Beauty for the get-a-way. Red Wasp such a fine lass.

Abner Kadaver would have been proud of the Green Hornet ducking out in a cloud of smoke.

I can’t say today’s episode was unexpected or unpredicted.

In a mist of Green

A hornet once seen

Vanishes into the cool of night

A befuddled detective

That’s quite ineffective

Who’s bark is lacking a bite

His assumptions are wrong

But he’s fighting to belong

While ignoring the thing he fears most

Like Annie and Dondi the kid

And Winnie who all did a fatal skid

He’ll someday be nothing but useless burnt toast!

Maybe Tracy should have had backup?

Wish he’d at least paused long enough to compliment Sam’s taste in jackets. ✨

Some of the regular posters consider that he has and his last post was 18 days ago. It is possible he has important stuff to tend and not been blocked. If it is on his end I wish him the best in getting it settled. Seems tho’, the majority of disappearances are due to ‘assassinations’

Green haze in my brain…

The Green Hornet strikes again!

The Hornet and Wasp buzzed off in a cloud of green smoke. Love it, as I was wondering how they would get away.

Ka-GAS! Oh, wait, that’s Rip Haywire. Never mind. ;-)

Wonder if we will see the 2-way wrist computer which has voice print analysis capabilities. Tracy used it to shows that Putty Puss was disguised as Diet Smith.

Regarding Sgt. Thompson, it’s nice to see someone in this strip who didn’t die on duty. He punched through the ice with his bare hands, causing cuts and bruises on his forearms, but he successfully completed the rescue:

The moment the green gas appears, why didn’t Tracy or Sam try to stop the Hornet or, as a last resort, shoot? It looks like the process would have taken several seconds.

Sorry Green Hornet, you’re no longer my hero. Good guys who do the right thing the wrong way are bad guys. There’s no need to break the law to catch this crook, you can do better!

Tracy, Sam, Jarman and Topper are gassed. Are they unconscious? Will Topper get away or will Tracy apprehend him? What happened to Smiley from the other day?

Reid was ready for the gas grenade and held his breath.

Wouldn’t Red Wasp, who was waiting outside, have seen Tracy & Sam arriving & tipped Green Hornet off? Wouldn’t Tracy & Sam have noticed there was somebody watching outside before barging in? Is this lazy detective work on the Green Hornet & Red Wasp’s part? Lazy police work by Tracy & Sam? Or lazy writing by Mike?

That’s what I’m talking about!

Undoubtedly, the Green Hornet was ready and Tracy wasn’t—this time! Red Wasp and GH get away in the Black Beauty, their armored rolling arsenal. Jarman is left in awkward situation, and Topper, even more so. Or will they flee, too? Wake-y wake-y, Sam and Tracy!
