So BB is about to see the error of his ways, wrapping up this story. Or is he? It’s too soon to be moving on to football, we’ve got probably a month to go. And the Moose story is over, right? So predictions as to what will be going on the next several weeks?
And no cuttersjock, we will not be going to the CC for golf.
I think I need someone to explain. You turn your son into a freak because it is crazy competitive in the industrial solvents game, especially for the shorter man? But is Del short? Or the thing that makes you turn your son ultra competitive is the same quality that makes you a drunk driver? Anything to get that next contract? The judge told you not to drink? Called you chicken? You’re so competitive that you’re driven to drink? Ma Bader should ground BB for two weeks like Boo when she went to that concert, but that might not be punishment for him. Didn’t Barry already try to reinvent himself as “Darth?” And why didn’t Barry “Call Me Darth” get a sniff at the next level? He has been starting at second base since sophomore year and his stats are excellent. And why is Coach so worried about no-talent Pelwecki when he did nothing for his star player from three years ago? Knox Foley boots the double play grounder in the big game against Jefferson, and I get exiled to the JayCees to learn a trade? How about a summer story with me and my primo?
Meanwhile, after Del reads the article from the Trumpet, he sits in his prison cell and plots revenge against DD and Rizzik, only to have a jailhouse snitch cellmate punk him out to the authorities, who promptly pull a Drew Peterson treatment on DB and tack on 20+ years to his almost finished sentence for conspiracy to commit murder; Barry and his wimpy mom are left to truly move on without him, once and for all.

More like useless. I think she had two lines, neither of them significant. As for Mrs Bader, why exactly does she love Del?

P1, Your Dad’s not here. And really, if you were so great, why did your backup get a letter from a college coach and you got zip?
P2, And you wouldn’t have talked back to your Mom if he was around either.
P3, C’mon, Double D, put up your dukes!

No doubt by her hand gestures, Ma Bader is excited about her Kielbasa.
