In all reality , is Barry related to Alfred E Neuman , What Me Worry ! Jay’s curve doesn’t break much does it . Kevin pulls an Ernie Banks and says Let’s play 2 today , ìn hopes of breaking the home run recòrd .
P2, Joe Sharkey pops the champaign just like the remaining 1972 Miami Dolphins do each year after the last undefeated team goes down. Warning track power, he thinks to himself.
P3, A tie game just to ensure that we won’t get to Milford CC until August when most high school football teams start practice.
Moose misses the home run record, Jay pitches okay, but nothing special with 3 runs in 5 innings, not exactly proving he should be next year’s ace, and the team most likely fails to even get 2nd place this year. But at least BB turned his life around overnight.
So how does this game end? Will it be BB or Moose who figures prominently? I say either BB will do something to lose it, but take it graciously, or Moose will win it by unselfishly not going for the home run in the last inning. Either way it will be intense and dramatic. Oops, typo, I meant boring and drawn out for the entire week.
The site was down last night, but I still want to add my voice to the chorus of complaints about Jay’s “curve” ball being as straight as a string. As for Pelwecki, even he must realize the record isn’t going to happen. Probably he will lay down a bunt for the winning run.
I posted it way too late last night for anyone to see it but the Sunday “SHOE” comic fits right in with the running commentary here about MCC and showers. It’s worth a look.

Once again, the pissed off baseball makes a cameo. Dipped in a barrel of sour grapes before 1st pitch.

The only thing I’ve learned is that there’s no golf story (yet).

Extra innings! KP HR record and BB game-saving defensive gem.

By every rule of narrative fiction, this story ended on Saturday! On Saturday, I tell you! Why are they still playing baseball?
