Looks like Walt has gone full bear. So, is it like Jim in Unity, or will Walt be able to come back? And if he does, will he be able to live with himself?
I thought their streetlights were electric. What is in them that makes them burn? Gaslights would go out separated from their source of gas when he ripped the pole in half.
Looks like Walt is going to take a bite out of crime. She still has her choices. He is just getting closer to the light step by step. Flambé? Fish food? Grin and bear it? Walter going to need some therapy after this……and probably a tooth pick.
All I can think of after seeing Walt go all Griz, is the tape with the screams of Treadwell and his GF as they were killed and eaten by a grizzly while their camera was running.
Oh my…. Something has been bothering me. Almost from the moment the “scratch” order went out, Walt changed. He pulled away from Portia like he knew something was going to happen. He even ended up drunk in an alley (or so it seemed). Why the change? He went from being uber-protective to being absent at a critical moment. Aaron does everything here for a reason. I get the feeling that there’s a loose end dangling out there that has yet to be dealt with.
Someone mentioned Schism Syndrome. I don’t think Walt has Schism Syndrome. His eyes are not crazed; he’s just furiously angry for good reason. Big difference.
This is vigilante justice, so we’ll see what the mayor, et. al. do and say afterward. Velda stopped the police chief from stopping Walt, but if it suits The Powers That Be Walt could still be arrested. I could see Velda denying that she said anything at all. We’ll also see how and whether Walt can put his life back together after all this. Poor Walt. :-(
Even if Denise is not “the butcher”, she does seem to be involved in the plot. I want to know why. With all that stuff Mavis spouted about “self loathing pigs” and “pigs being suited for food”—did Denise expect to avoid being eaten? Did she loathe all pigs? Will there be any reason at all? By the way, this brings neweaning to the phrase “cutthroat lawyer”.
Wow, I really have to blame Jake for all of this. If he had just gotten Portia’s consent from the get-go, I’m guessing that she probably would have been happy to help them, after seeing all that’s transpired. Instead, we have chaos, murder, and good people gone mad. This was all avoidable.
Holy cow. Imagine really if Walt was the butcher and Portia found out. Then she concocted the perfect series of events to throw everyone off the trail of Walt. All Walt has to do is kill the lawyer.

Well, I wanted to see Walt’s face, probably more than most. Poor guy… He’s so far gone, and that’s before finding out that Portia has bled out.
What a shame… They were such a lovely couple.

Hopefully Walt’s really in control of himself and wants Denise to experience some small portion of the fear that Endtown residents have been feeling.

How tragic these events that have led Walt to become this. :(

It reminds me of a certain well-read line “The last thing you’ll see is a Lion” The last thing she saw was a Bear!
