I see another dream sequence coming up.

Oh! Oh! Is Heart getting stage fright, what with all the changes to Middle School?

Remember, Heart: it’s not the part…(and all that)…

Disappointment with the aged-up Heart continues. I can’t imagine Young Heart turning up her nose at a part.

She’s blowing it already.

It’s a public middle school. Of course they’re going to do something G-rated. What was Heart expecting, “Repo! The Genetic Opera”?

It appears Heart has less heart then she used to have.

A theatre nerd like Heart would know that stars like Rosie O’ Donnell, Cathy Rigby and Kevin Chamberlin starred in “Seussical” on Broadway.

One of an actor’s many jobs is to audition. It gets one’s name and face in front of as many decision makers as possible. Heck, even well-seasoned “stars” still have to audition.

“Cafetorium.” My junior high’s cafeteria functioned that way. And in my grade school it was also the gym.

Is she ditching her first audition? Figures. Well into the grade school years, Heart had stopped doing ballet, cheerleading, or any kind of dance practice. Now in middle school, she’s still ditching it.

Or I’ve completely jumped the gun and she has to go outside to get to the cafetorium.
