Funny, Agnes, you had a pretty good Thanksgiving without having to stoop to kidnapping and ransom. Maybe you just need someone wise to guide you down the right path.
So can we of the Orb establish this as precedent, and then state without argument that all creatures, even (robber) mice deserve Christmas? Hector would agree…
I can see that the hammock is held up by safety pins, but I can’t quite tell what fabric the actual hammock is made from. Is it a piece of a fishing pole type cat toy? A fuzzy slipper sock?
I think Alice, Agnes, and Natasha should be voiced by the OG Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, in that order. Violet hasn’t done enough for me to pick a voice for her.
Lou walked back into the shop bay and to where Baywolf was now sitting. He grabbed the chromed steel chain he used whenever he took his Husky off the grounds and looped it around the dog’s neck. Baywolf growled deeply, Lou looked at him and smiled; “You sound ready to draw blood, man..” And he was. Mind you, not necessarily canine blood…
Outside, Lou was parading Baywolf around like he was in a dark, R-rated version of a dog show. He backed into the opening of the garage, facing the open yard. Bobby “The Needle” led his rust-colored, 140-lb Pitbull, “Red” towards the center of the yard. Lou’s lead mechanic gave the call; “Face your dogs!” In the rafters Tre-C waited, rear legs tense and drawn back like the hammer of a revolver. Maxie was “on point” in the window of the office. Megan observed silently from the roof, awaiting her cue. Chains tightened, then were released…
On my tablet I can really expand the images. The season’s greetings card has a dove in a wreath on the right, but what is underneath the writing on the left? An acorn? Something in a beret?
Georgia has made a lot of little changes from the original. I’m not complaining. I like this but here is how it was http://www.breakingcatnews.com/comic/puckys-purrfect-christmas-tips-part-three/ I checked it out to see Alice’s hammock but alas, I’m still clueless. I’ll go with the suggestion it’s a baby or toddler sock.
Happy Saturday to all as we prepare for our varying amounts of snow and ice. Everybody stay warm and safe as we wait to see if Alice will see the error of her ways!
Oh no, Alice doesn’t care a bit about Christmas. Not a bit …. She, Natasha, and Violet need to shape up pretty soon or they will all be on someone’s Naughty List!
“Every idiot who goes about with a ‘Merry Christmas’ on his lips should be boiled with his own pudding, and buried with a stake of holly through his heart.”
The number of cats I have has doubled with the addition of a new member. A friend of mine had a kitten that would hang out at his place. He was not allowed pets, and since the kitten did not appear to have a home (it was starved, and skinny when it first showed up) he was looking for someone to take it. I offered, and he drove three hours on Thursday to bring her. It is hard for him to let her go, even though he could not keep her inside, but he wanted her to have a good home. She has joined Caramel, who is getting used to her, but who was quite upset at first. The new addition has been named Grace, after Grace Hopper. Yes, I am very much a geek. In the past, I had cats named Schrödinger, Madame Curie (Curie for short), Radium, and Babbage. I also had dogs named Einstein, Heisenberg, Pascal, and Ada. Caramel, I should point out, was named by my grandchildren, and since she responded to that name, I kept it. Grace is probably about six months old, and very sweet. A bit shy, but she was quite affectionate last night. She go on the bed with me, and cuddled and purred as a I stroked her, and then curled up and slept with me.
Does anyone remember if the power went off during the Great Vacuum Cleaner Fight? I am wondering if Alice used that time to splice into the electrical system so she would have a way to light up her Christmas lights.

So the robber mice each have their own bedrooms! All the better for slamming doors.

You must see the error of your ways, Alice.

Trying to figure out what Alice’s little hammock is made from. I see the safety pins, but am wondering of the hammock itself is something specific.

Too late now, Agnes. You have aroused the ire of Puck. You’re doomed.

So that’s where that string of lights went. And look, they have a little murine sized Christmas tree.

That Georgia Dunn must sell Christmas cards and postcards too! See, there’s a Santa one in panel three.

Girls, you should post it back. Or deliver it to Lupin. He’s probably your best choice right now.

Buzzy still looks like he’s okay. No string, ring or body parts have been removed to prove the Robber Mice mean business.

Alice, how dare you call Buzzy a mere cotton ball!

It’s very clear
This time of year
Can both employ
Sorrow and joy
Agnes is right,
Alice, don’t fight
It’s not too late
Leave behind hate
Ding Dong, Ding Dong
Puck is so mad
No one is glad
We need right here
Some Christmas cheer
Hope we employ
There will be joy
For everyone
When all’s said and Dunn
Merry, Merry, Merry, Merry Christmas,
Merry, Merry, Merry, Merry Christmas
Puck, please don’t fret
You’ll find him yet
All the orb’s, true
Rooting for you
Carol of the Bells

I had no idea that the Grinch was a mouse.
I always thought of him as a weasel with a bad moss infection in his fur.

Good morning and happy Caturday, orbsters and orbabies! Could it be that the mice are trying to give themselves a Merry Christmas at Puck’s expense?

Apparently Alice (motto: Bah, Humbug!) hasn’t yet been visited by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future.

I find it interesting that Agnes refers to Puck as “the little black cat” when he, as a cat, is a LOT bigger than she is!
