Where’s that Striker guy? Arrest him!!!

Good morning™ arresting officers!

Well, that’s about it for Polar Vortex. Once Peter Pitchblende gets the money he has coming, the loose ends should be about wrapped up.

Okay, as discussed late Sunday, here are some boys’ and girls’ names for Vitamin’s and Kandikane’s baby:

Boys:

Vista Bill Flintheart – One of the two most obvious choices.

Richard Tracy Flintheart – The other obvious choice.

Joseph Tracy Flintheart – Flip-flop on Joe’s full name.

Quincy Blowhard Flintheart – I couldn’t resist combining the two.

Deacon Miller Flintheart – After the duo who helped Vitamin get his start.

Girls:

Lois Lane Flintheart – After a sister of Kandikane Lane; pending trademark approval.

Mary Perkins Flintheart – After an associate of Vitamin’s; may also need TM approval.

Tess Trueheart Flintheart – Another name I couldn’t resist.

Kandikane Lane Flintheart – Okay, I made one of the names pretty straightforward.

Lizz Grove Flintheart – I think Lizz would be doubly touched.

Why does it feel like I just finished shopping at Dollar Tree?

What a waste of 4 months!

Too many dead end story plots!

All hope that the story might right itself is zapped from me!

It looks as if my idea of Polar dying didn’t pan out…

If he is smart enough to get Mr. Kleen, he has a chance.

We never learned what PV was going to do in the bell tower to Striker, did we?

When PV says we will see about that, does that mean at sometime he will return?

What can “We’ll see about that” possibly mean? He’s denying that he’s under arrest?

And his behavior makes no sense: He stopped Devil from shooting Tracy when she had a clear shot, took her gun, and then dropped the gun when Tracy told him to.

And what happened to Devil and Ballpark?

Interesting that we didn’t get to see who took, or, why Vortex lost, the gun. I seen in the background Devonshire was being put in a car. Presume that she’ll get out not long after they get to HQ, and, start making her move with Lafayette. (Bad girls turned not so bad girls often win their prize, right?)

he was aiming as gun at a cop, that alone will keep him inside.

“What can “We’ll see about that” possibly mean?” Maybe it means he’s “working” at a post that gives him diplomatic immunity. Maybe there’s a Russian warrant out for him that will get him promptly extradited back to Russia, where he’ll quickly skate free. Russian mobsters have connections, and not just to New Jersey casinos.

Rather lame comeback, Vortex. You can clearly see that you ARE under arrest.

Why are they calling him Vortex not Vorkov? PV also seems rather smug about his arrest.

This story is a lot of exposition, a lot of trivial events that occasionally border on suspense. All of which I forget

“We’ll see about that.”—very snappy comeback. Vortex is quite a wit.

Drug dealing to minors, fraud, murder…I’d say he has a home for his remaining years.

And when the next drug dealer comes along, we’ll watch them for a while…

where’s the file clerk mole?

Owww. I didn’t get to make my Ding Dong comment.

I do appreciate them coming to places where cops, private cops and others can see them and bust them.

Make the drugs legal again it would be like with tobacco and alcohol, the most dangerous drugs out there, and so no more cartels and ad hock groups over legal with good FDA quality instead of the suspect quality of black market on the street version.

Well, I freely admit I was wrong. I thought Piotr Volkov was shot, but in fact he did drop the gun and surrender in the face of overwhelming odds. I’m not sure where this leaves the story; I see Devila being taken in, too, but what about “Striker” (Austin undercover)? Shouldn’t there be at least a performance arrest of him too, to maintain his cover?

Is this the end of the Polar Vortex Caper? Or will some loose ends and sub-plots be dealt with in the two weeks before Christmas?

So that’s it. He just…surrendered?

A rather anti-climatic conclusion to an already meandering storyline. This gets my vote for one of the worst I’ve read(currently around 3 years).
