This one translates PERFECTLY into Swedish. We’d say “Snaptjat.” It’s pronounced like “Snapchat” but with the second A as a long vowel.

If you want him to really panic, drag it all out and take a picture of the empty room. Then a picture of boxes on the curb.

I think she is very clever. Just needs a new shirt.

The best way to get them to clean up is to do it yourself, take a large plastic trash bag and start cleaning up. Once the kid understands what happens if I have to do it a minor amount of nagging gets it done… if not we have more large plastic trash bags!

Send him a picture of an empty supper plate

I guess that’s the best way to get his attention these days.

I threatened to do this with my husband’s man cave and send the picture off to our friends. That worked (at least that time).
