    My mum used to complain about my sister and me bringing our bath towels up into the bedroom. “Don’t leave your wet towel on the carpet . . . the bare floor. . .the bed. . .the furniture!” One day my sister reached up and flipped the towel over the corner of the ceiling light. Mum was not amused.

    I picked up an old multi pegged coat rack that was missing one section so that it was only 4 feet tall. Solved my problem with hubby.
