So, you want your son to be banal?
That can be a good thing in some cases.
“The Snowthing with Two Heads”!
Even if some of his snow art is disturbing, I find it sad that no one appreciates Calvin’s creativity.
Calvin has done other great snowmen and snow art in general
You gotta love snow
That one’s pretty mild for Calvin. Wait until he gets warmed up!
That’s “snow” way to greet your parents, Calvin.
Calvin is the H. Bosch of his time.
Just think of what was still in store for us on that cold 1989 day!
Or Lio’s house.
I enjoy Calvin’s non-conformity, even if his parents don’t. LOL
That boy’s psychotic!
Indeed dad. Home sweet home.
Calvin did Saturn eating his children once, didn’t he?
That takes talent building exotic snow sculptures like Calvin does!
Watterson just draws the BEST Snowmen. His “Snow Goons” in the later collection are some really amazing pieces of work.
I’d love to make snowmen like that with my granddaughter.
That nut is in serious need of therapy.
Luckily the snow goon is still in hibernation.
For now…
There go two very lucky parental units!
A Zaphod Beeblebrox snowman,
Yes, you can tell when you get to your house – because your kid is the one with intelligence & imagination!
I summer, it’s the one with the fire truck outside.
As much as I loved Calvin and Hobbes back in the day, my favorites were ALWAYS the ones that involved the things he did with snowmen.
At least it hasn’t come alive…
Here’s a load of Calvin’s “Snow Art” comics:

Are you telling me they left Calvin at home by himself! Oh no, this could be the end of this comic strip. Maybe the last one.
Shouldn’t let him watch American Horror Story, do you think? Thank goodness he’s too young to have caught their lisp.
Gee, what gave it away, Dad?
Calvin, it’s a GOOD thing to think outside the box. But try to color inside the lines.
I love Calvin and Hobbes I read it every night
I’ve often wondered if Calvin wasn’t switched at the hospital for one of the Addam’s family…
Shouldn’t have let him watch “Sesame Street.”
