Supplies get “stolen”, and every couple weeks they have to hire a new worker to fill it.

Too many people trying to buy from both sides. It doesn’t work like that.

Maintenance and clean-up are really minimal in that subway (especially since Lio’s last nuclear event). How long have Rich and Happy been Out of Order—or just unstocked?
