I’ve had a Twitter account almost from its inception and have never tweeted. I have a couple of news sources that I sporadically follow but otherwise don’t use.
My wife can’t live without WhatsApp and Facebook ( particularly, WhatsApp ). I can’t be bothered with either. I’d rather waste my time on GoComics.
Isn’t that head a caricature of one of Buttercup’s advisors or a head of an agency? Looks similar to one that was parodied on SNL some time back.
Besides, the doc is treating a ‘symptom’ and not the real ‘disease.’ After all, Buttercup is the first pres to publicly use Twitter to demonstrates the depths of his intelligence. With the others we had to find out gradually and sometimes after their terms.
I am currently reading Non Sequitur here, instead of the Times Picayune, or The Advocate, or the St. Tammany Farmer. I am also looking at your ads instead of theirs. By the way Miller, never apologize. It’s a sign of weakness.
The number of followers, regardless of the media source, does not equate the size of your self worth, ego or IQ for that matter. It means you have waaaaaaaaay too much time on your hands. There are so many opportunities to express yourself in constructive meaningful ways. Drawing, painting, singing, playing musical instruments, photography, crafts, writing, mentoring, volunteering, learning something new. All of which are so much more beneficial to society and most importantly, one’s self respect. There is more to life than 280 characters.

Good advice for all of us. Start having conversations again, face to face, human to human.

It’s easy to point out when somebody else is wrong; any politician can do that. The tricks are to knowing what’s right and when you’re wrong.

I hear both Donald Trump and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are in a tie for the most outrageous “tweets.”

Looks like our Wiley is back. No need for (almost) hidden messages, either. Bravo.

Have any of you folks read Green Lantern comics from the Silver Age? I think the man looks like Hector Hammond.
