Some dreams are worth going to sleep for.

I like the way Puddles is also in the dream just so we know that while she was dreaming of kissing this Quill-look-alike, she was not actually kissing Puddles.

I’ve felt the same way after waking up from a nice dream like that.

Luann must live fairly close to the Arctic Circle, considering the amount of pure white sunshine coming through those blinds at ten to midnight.

Does this really work? Let’s hear it from the girls.

I hope Quill will return someday to do this to Lu.

Wouldn’t you know it-Luann’s (literal) dream date is none other than her old flame Aaron Hill.;-D

At least it’s not Aaron Hill. Finally we get some proof that she’s not completely devoid of human urges.

Poor Luann. Both for the fact that it’s only a dream and for the fact that an eighteen year old sleeps already at 23:48… It’s sweet to see that Puddles follow Luann even in dreams, and the leaves that become hearts in panel three are good.

The scene reminds me of the dog park meet-ups with Jack. Puddles and all.

Look at the strip from 2/17/2013. Luann lists all the men in her life.She dated a man named Stuart that was married!?!? I do NOT remember that! But this new ‘dream guy’ looks like him.

Try walking up to a strange woman on a park bench and saying that. See what kind of reaction you get.

Had to go back to March 2003 to see who Aaron Hill was. Seems he was blonde to start, then a redhead, then blonde again. She had a dream sequence with him as well. Wasn’t impressed with him. So what happened to Bernice’s flame, Zane? Guess I’ll have to go back to the archives!

You can just say no!

Yeah, because it’s a sign of stability and maturity to walk up to a stranger and profess smitten-ness. NOT!

Luann must have gone to sleep at 10:15 to have already gone through a 90 minute sleep cycle. Most college students are just going out that time of night on a Saturday.

Romantic dreams are a leading cause of sleep apnea.

In the real world this is most likely to be considered a crime if the guy isn’t good looking.

Dear Lord!! Has this country and it’s people really become THAT idiotic?? I’m a 62 year old woman, and if a man ever walked up to me (even if he WASN’T the greatest looking guy) and said those words to ME … I’d be giving HIM a kiss!! The guy was polite, courteous, asked permission … Luann had the option to say “no”.

While everyone else is debating the sexual harassment issue, can’t we all agree on “Something in your perfect aura…” as being one of the worst pick-up lines ever uttered?

Argy Bargy 2, I thought about you as I read this. As said, with Luann it’s all about the guys…. ha ha.

Such a gentle, polite dream….“May I…kiss you?” With my luck I’d have some barmaid perched on the window shrieking, “Nevermore.” Quoth the barmaid, “Nevermore.” Then there’s always some kind of fight.
