Girl power? That could equally apply to Wellington.

P1A, I thought it was playdowns.

P1B, It’s too late to watch the guys. Yer out!

P1C, Nice shine on that floor, MopMan.

P2, But what does that have to do with History 101?

    P3, Feel the flab, Jamila!

P1 Wraps the boys season up in one frame, wish we could do the same for the “Guys” or is it “Gals” this gender stuff is too confusing.

In all reality, does Andre know something we don’t ? He refers to the girls team as You Guys . Transgender issue problems looming , inquiring minds want to know !

P1- Andre Ruffin shuffles off to the house of irrelevance and is greeted by Hamani Gaines.

P2- Civics teacher Cyril Figgis takes a break from his acting career for a weather forecast.

P3- BKB’s sister has a moustach that would make Eddie Murphy proud.

Teacher is not using his time on task effectively in P2; could cost him at evaluation time. Good placement of the “chalkboard” in the rear of the room. Students have to turn around to view it. Nicely mopped floors in p1 however.

“You go, girls!” “Girl Power!” They don’t miss any stupid girl saying, do they? Good call, kid from yesterday, saying they would kill Wellington. 7th inning narrow defeat, coming right up! Hopefully thanks to an error by volleyball girl.

Rock and fire may work unless the other batters bring paper and water.

“I’ve been checking my weather app”. Who would say this? The class is like “oooh”, he has a “weather app”, what is this newfangled prognosticating device of which you speak?

Just to mess with the team, the Senior glass clown has placed a cutout of Marty near the stage. Mop ruins the fun when he declares: “It’s Only a Paper Moon!”

P3- Powerpuff Girls reference? I think not. Since CJ is pining for Summer showers, Gary Puckett and The Union Gap share with us…..Lady Willpower, it’s now or neverGive your love to me and I’ll showerYour heart with tenderness endlessly.

Maybe Jamila should be sitting on the bench with her teammates instead of hanging out in the bleachers. Then it would be easier to “rock and fire”. Yes, rock and fire, that cliche sports term that you always hear. And by always I mean never ever in the history of any sport. And speaking of history, today’s Mopped Up Thorp will go down in history as one of the all time greats. Definitely in the top 500.
