Have you listened to some of the arguments in defense of the treatment of these little children,… listen to these defenses of this treatment coming out of Washington in the last few days? Sounds like hitlerism to me!!! When are they going to start to fix their overcrowding problems by firing up the ovens? Being morally outraged is all well and good, but action would be better. So when do we March on Washington to tell them to stop??? America needs a Tiananmen Square to save We the People from this *resident’s grasp at total power of life and death over everyone in America!!! We need to vote him out!!! Anyone… even Reagan or Nixon … would be better than this monomaniacal WannaBe emperor!!!
Every extremist killing in the US in 2018 had a link to a right-wing extremism, according to a new report from the Anti-Defamation League’s Center on Extremism.
The report zeroes in on incidents such as the high school shooting in Parkland, Florida, in February 2018, and the mass shooting at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in October 2018.
There were at least 50 extremist-related killings in the US in 2018, according to the report, making it the fourth-deadliest year on record for domestic extremist-related killings since 1970.

“The extremist-related murders in 2018 were overwhelmingly linked to right-wing extremists,” the report states. “Every one of the perpetrators had ties to at least one right-wing extremist movement, although one had recently switched to supporting Islamist extremism. White supremacists were responsible for the great majority of the killings, which is typically the case.”
Guns were involved in the vast majority of the killings – 42 of out 50.
The Anti-Defamation League’s findings are consistent with other recent research on right-wing extremism in the US, which shows it’s on the rise.
The inhumane and inhuman conditions that many of these children are being held in is a national obscenity. I wonder if there is any way to strip away the politics here and really deliver some meaningful help to these kids? I’ve given up hope for a long term solution, but at least can we make sure that the people who we’ve chosen to detain are being cared for at a level that exceeds that which we provide for stray dogs?

That’s $44,000 per year for each inmate. The Marriott would be Cheaper.
